A Black Box Warning is the strictest warning put in the labelling of prescription drugs or drug products by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) when there is reasonable evidence of an association of a serious hazard with the drug. Some of these Black Box Warnings are newly placed on drugs we’ve been using for many years and then there are drugs that HAD Black Box Warnings and managed to get the FDA to remove them! Join us and learn about the prescription agents that have been removed from the US market (or removed from the worldwide market but REMAIN on the US market) and commonly used prescription agents that have Black Box Warnings associated with them.

CE approved through AANP, CNPBC approved for Category C. Pending approval from OBNM and CONO.
